On September 9, 2026, Zenta Group Company Limited entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Macau-based ZentoAI Intelligent Technology Company Limited. The HKD10 million cash and US$5.84 million stock deal, a related-party transaction approved by the audit committee and board, will make ZentoAI a wholly owned subsidiary once customary closing conditions are met.
